Community, Memes, and Pressure: justinomora1 A day before Karla Estrada went public, I notified our Board of Directors about Ivan Ceja's transgressions and demanded his resignation. I did my due diligence to listen and talk to all the affected individuals (Karla, Denea, Yadira, etc) and gather as much evidence as possible. It's been a long and challenging process. Since Tuesday, I have been putting enormous internal pressure on Ivan Ceja (@ivncja, Executive Director) and Francisco Barragan (our Board Chairman) to cooperate with me and Rebecca Medina (our other board member) and take this seriously! Due to the complexity of the issue, I have been advised not to post on the UndocuMedia platform as this can be used agaisnt me (I hope y'all understand). Upon learning about Ivan's transgressions against Karla, I confronted Ivan and have exhausted all internal procedures to hold him accountable. I support and stand with Karla, Denea, Yadira, and any other person that might come out. I support their public calls for accountability and change. This is necessary Repost @JustinoMora1, co-founder of UndocuMedia: This is what transparency and accountability look like. Basketball, Children, and Church: TRUMP CHOOSES JUDGE BRETT KAVANAUGH FOR THE SUPREME COURT On Monday, President Trump announced that he chose Judge Brett Kavanaugh for the United States Supreme Court. Kavanaugh is from Bethesda, Maryland, and is well known in conservative legal circles. “He is a committed textualist and originalist, one whose time on the bench has revealed a unique ability to apply these principles to legal facts. He deeply believes in the constitutional separation of powers as a means for ensuring governmental accountability and protecting individual liberty. From the start of his career, he’s applied the Constitution faithfully, even when that made him a lonely voice. He has done so with particular tenacity on the issue that matters most to the president: taking power away from unelected bureaucrats and returning it to elected officials.” J.D. Vance in the Wall Street Journal as reported by Politico As a member of the DC court of appeals for 12 years, Kavanaugh dissented from the majority in the case of the illegal immigrant who wanted an abortion. He stated that allowing her to have such a procedure was “a new right for unlawful immigrant minors in U.S. Government detention to obtain immediate abortion on demand.” By the time the Supreme Court got the case and denied her request, she already had the abortion. As a judge who holds tightly to the Constitution, Kavanaugh told the White House audience that a judge should “interpret the law, not make the law.” Brett Kavanaugh is active in the Catholic church, serving meals and tutoring students. He graduated from Yale and Yale law school, and has taught at Harvard and other schools. He tutors children, and coaches girls basketball. His wife Ashley is a former secretary to George W Bush. One criticism of Kavanaugh came from him granting an atheist standing in a court case against the Pledge of Allegiance, according to The Daily Wire. Critics also say that it was Kavanaugh whose decision to call Obamacare a “tax” that allowed Justice Roberts to uphold the disastrous healthcare program. https:-news.unclesamsmisguidedchildren.com-trump-chooses-judge-brett-kavanaugh-for-the-supreme-court- Scotus MAGA

Black Lives Matter, Memes, and Protest: DEAR WHTE WOMEN OVARE WE GONG TO FIX WHAT WE HAVE DONE DEAR WHITE WOMEN ☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻 Repost @kidd.bell: “Standing in a sea of pink pussy hats for the second year in a row I’m struck by how many well-intentioned women are still missing the mark. We have to start using our voices and our outrage to protest more than just misogyny. Whether you voted for trump or not, you benefit from white supremacy on the daily. So ask yourself, what are you doing to actively dismantle it? Do you show up for Black Lives Matter the way you do for the Women’s March? Do you defend the rights of immigrants as much as you do your pussy? Do you call out racism with the same fervor that you proclaimed MeToo? White women are oppressed, but we are also oppressors. And if we truly want to dismantle this system, we must first hold ourselves accountable. ✊🏼” . . (update by @kidd.bell: to all those feeling massive outrage against this post - ask yourself why. Why does me acknowledging our privilege, and asking you to think about ways you can better serve WOC, upset you so much? If you are doing tons to help the marginalized then why aren’t you supporting this post, and demanding the same of others? Sitting in discomfort is how we grow. If this makes you feel attacked, then it probably means that you are the one who needs to hear it the most. And if you don’t want to listen to my words then, listen to Angela Davis.
