Advice, Ass, and Bless Up: TAKE ALL MY MONEY @Dr Smashlove Dog Kisses Dog K ISSES In order to succeed, we need to benchmark. In order to benchmark, we need to measure. Our bodies - and our minds - incline toward complacency. Start a new workout. What happens? You do it five or six times and low and behold, it gets easy. Your muscles get used to it. You get into a rhythm. Your body cheats. Before you know it, the benefits you derived from this workout disappear. Your gains are over. My advice: surprise yourself. Confuse your body. And above all, measure. If you do 45 min on the elliptical at a 6 incline on level 10, kick it up to 11 next time you work out. Then 12 the next time. Bring towels. Bring propel. You feel me? Have something to occupy your time. Push yourself. Punish yourself. In work, in life, in most experiences, there are few rewards greater than the reward of knowing you kicked your own ass and increased. Improved. Captured a new goal. You feel me? At a set, appointed time, the gig will be up. We could lose our health. Our mental faculties. Even our life. You don't know when that will be. But you do know that until then, you can do great things and then wake up and do greater things. Push yourself but also rest and reward yourself. You feel me? Fuck up that stack of chocolate chip pancakes. When you used to do that, you hated yourself. But after pushing yourself, now you feel like you deserve the reward. And you do! Be humble and be thankful. And then DM me and say "smash, I took your advice and made it over a hump and now I look and feel amazing. I wanna have your chirren 😍". Just kidding about the last part! (Or not 👶. Bless up! 😂😂😂)

Advice, Fifa, and Football: Respon FIFA terhadap Regulasi PSSI Pergantian 5 Pemain FIFA Caragamsuporter There do appear to us to be a number of issues with the proposal you have put forward which we would wish to ensure have been considered fully. PSSI does raise the very important issue of the impact of this on the overall quality of Liga 1, which is of great importance. We would be interested to receive PSSI's more detailed views on this. There are also issues relating to the integrity of the competition which we would suggest are planned through. As an example, a major issue is the consequence for failure to meet the requirement of the rule, and what incentives this creates as to how the game is played. The assumption is that the match result in the event of a breach would be to award a win for the opposition? At a deemed score? Does PSSI intend that three Under 23s have to start each match or is the restriction intended to apply at any time? Has PSSI planned the various scenarios in relation to injuries and sendings off? We would also be interested in PSSI's views as to how the additional substitutes would apply, and scenario planning in the event of say injury and sendings off. In closing, we would wish to support you to the fullest extent possible in your desire to promote youth development and would make expert advice available to you in order to do so. Advice, Africa, and Alive: It is a misconception that the ultimate power belongs to the government because the greatest power has always and will always belong to the people. The 1% knows this D which is why they divide us, so we can hate and feareach other, thereby disempowering the greatest power there is which is the power of the people. It is critical that we stop fighting against each other and begin fighting foreach other because that is what it means to be human and that is what makes us whole. I haven't been able to stop to express myself for a few days... I love to write, it is my therapy, I feel all the time, we all do, but many of us don't discuss those feelings. We keep them bottled up, but a bottle can only hold so much before it overflows. We decide that we are the problem & we begin to hate ourselves... & because we hate ourselves we begin to hate our lives. Everyone you speak to, wherever you find people you will find problems, yet where we find these problems, we can create solutions. Unity is key. There are resources out there, some people have got them in abundance, so let's share them with people who don't, that is what humanity is about. Many of us didn't want the privileges we have, at the cost of other humans suffering. We have been taught to blame poverty on those who didn't create poverty. All my European friends are revolutionary @Jeromejarre is one of them, he is a truly brilliant man & I love him as a brother, because he doesn't care about his privileges over his humanity. He doesn't let his privileges bring him to apathy, in fact he uses them to enable others to be better humans. This is what lovearmy is about... love. Jerome is constantly trying to learn & grow, he seeks my advice on any African issues he thinks he can help with, but he isn't trying to be a "white saviour", he is just trying to be a good human. There are many people that I have met, who are only concerned with themselves. Personally I am concerned with all human problems, because I am a human. I am particularly concerned with African human problems, because I am an African human. I have been questioned as to why I am working with a European... Errm I have never discriminated. Look at how many African celebrities and rich people there are who seek to destroy Africa, African cultures and Africans globally, just so that they can have more than the other... Yet we are scared to call them on their evil. I'm not sure why, we might as well be honest while we are alive. If you have privileges you should use them to create equality. Blessings :) chakabars
