Whenever they want. Clothes are a way of expression; "Nudity empowers some. Modesty empowers others". It is not up to you and not up to me to decide whether someone should or shouldn't wear something. MORE IMPORTANTLY it is not up to neither of us to judge someone by the way they dress nor is it okay to sexualize them without their consent. The amount of times I've heard "What is he wearing? He looks so girly." Well, since you are talking in second person, you are clearly gossiping behind his back. . Not productive for either parties. Actually, he loves what he is wearing and he looks amazing. Your unnecessary judgement will take no one, no where. "Wow, that's so slutty" Girl, she looks amazing and she feels amazing. No need for judgement where it is not welcome or appreciated. She can wear whatever she wants. Or the times I've been myself (or hear of someone complain about being) catcalled is ridiculous. Or stuff like "That doesn't flatter her figure" So what? Is her goal and aspiration in life to look "good" by your standards all the time? No. She likes what she is wearing, and she looks damn good. . "She looks so bad, I don't know how she likes that". She just likes it. No need for more explanation. It is none of anybody's business how I dress. And it is not my business how someone else dresses. However we CAN appreciate each other's clothes and styles, and we CAN compliment each other RESPECTFULLY. It is so important to realize that; we have no right to sexualize anybody without their permission. Or judge- shame people because of the way they dress. It is not your concern nor your business. So wear whatever the heck YOU want. Whenever you want. Work it. Slay. Love it. Appreciate yourself. And appreciate others along the way, including their style. . Respect other people, whether you like them or not. As you won't shame others because of who they are, don't shame and criticize yourself. Appreciate all that is you, and in this case with your silly style and all. .
