Africa, Books, and Children: There's no better way to inform and expand your mind on a regular basis than to get into the habit of reading good literature. SOULAR SOULIA MENT I spend half of the time bettering myself and the rest of the time teaching others :) People ask me everyday what books I read, as I won't debate with people on racism, or holistic nutrition, if they have read no books on the subject and just have opinions via the news and their poor education of the dichotomy. It's always the poorly educated and those who feel the most subconscious guilt who are the most in denial, but guilt helps nobody, you didn't create racism, yet some do benefit from it today. Learn about it and destroy it. I think it's useful to be able to stand up with "thugs" or debate with scholars. Many opinions on Race (original acronym definition The Royal African Company of England, this was created during European enslavement of Africans) but not so much reading of books with African authors will leave the Africans frustrated-apathetic and the Europeans feeling guilty-apathetic and there is really no need. All of this psychology has been created. Here is my reading list, please share :) The autobiography of Malcolm X as narrated to Alex Haley How Europe underdeveloped Africa by Walter Rodney Black skin white masks by frantz fanon The spirit of intimacy by Sobonfu some African holistic health by Dr Llaila o Afrika Nutricide by Dr Llaila o Afrika Handbook for raising black children, A comprehensive holistic guide by Dr Llaila o Afrika The African origin of civilisation by Cheikh Anta diop The destruction of black civilisation by Chancellor Williams Dead Aid By Dambisa Moyo Two thousand seasons By Ayi kwei Armah Staying power by Peter fryer The Indian Slave trade by Alan Gallay The legacy of Arab-Islam in Africa by John Alembillah Azumah Behold a pale horse by Milton William Cooper Medical Apartheid by Harriet A Washington The new Jim Crow: mass incarceration in the age of colorblindness by Michelle Alexander The Star of deep beginning by Charles finch MD chakabars

Bad, Finance, and God: Helping eachother grow We have the potential to be great together you and I. It's not something to be taken lightly. We means more than I. My life is not for me it is for you. Your life is not for you it is others. So let me share it. Kings let me build with you, this is the only way we will be able to grow together. For no man is an island. They fear our mutual cooperation, because the last time we were able to do this we built civilisation. Queens don't think I am forgetting you, for this is where we all start life. This is how we enter this realm, you are the gateway between two worlds, the spiritual and this physical. We need your guidance and your leadership. I don't think the way other men have told me is correct. Foolish men have told me finance is success, no mention of the women. A man cannot be balanced on his own, so I don't try. This is how God came to be. Mother-Father God created by Metu Neter. There would be no life without Oshun. So I am thankful every time I acknowledge Amun Ra. We must keep Ubuntu culture, it is our relationships with each other that allows us to be brilliant. There is no individualism. It's time we forget this selfish culture, as the individual is created by the unison of all. Amun ra, Oshun, Isis and Metu Neter. The mother, father and child cannot exist without each other. This is the base of culture. Culture is how we perceive our reality. Culture give us emotion, reaction to that emotion is called a feeling, a long feeling is called a mood. So if the culture is bad this will effect the emotions, feelings and moods. It's time we love and work together to break down the barriers of their destruction culture. Let's be civil and inspire each other to be together ❤️ chakabars If you don't know what I am talking about this is not meant for you or you need to speak to your elders and reconnect to your culture and the knowledge that comes with this. 🌍

Bad, Goals, and Memes: SPOILER FREE REVIEW: Ok guys just got done watching Spiderman Homecoming. Another cool movie by MCU. This was a fun movie for lack of better terms. It had great story progression and all the humor you already expect from a Marvel movie. Alright now for some pros, cons and rating. . . PROS: Tom Holland is a great Spiderman, no doubts about that. He was witty, energetic and charasmatic. Everything you can expect out of the character of Spiderman. Secondly, as we all know one of MCU's greatest downfalls is their villains. Surprisingly the villain was great! He was intimidating and genuinely felt like he would do whatever needed to be done to accomplish his goals. His reasoning for becoming the way he did made perfect sense and *POTENTIAL SPOILER* his similarity with how Tony became rich was pretty clever by the writers. This just gave him all the more reason to be able to live with himself even though he was a criminal. To wrap up the pros, the second half of this movie was simply greatness. Loved the small plot twist in the dynamic of Peter's character and how it tied into the Vulture. . . CONS: First things first, Flash was a terrible "bully". Undoubtedly the worst casting in the movie. He is not intimidating at all. He would instead be the guy to get bullied rather than bullying others. Secondly, although Tom was a great Spiderman, he was extremly clumsy in most of his action sequences. *POTENTIAL SPOILER* He even admitted to sort of being afraid of heights at one point. He looked like a really bad rookie throughout most of the movie. I wouldn't have been bothered by this so much if we hadn't see him go toe to toe with some of the avengers in Civil War. It just looks like he lost his touch or somehow his abilities were downgraded. (For those of you wondering this movie does take place AFTER Civil War). Lastly I didn't like his chemistry with Liz. It felt a little forced and I didn't see how or when she became attracted to Peter. All in all I was tuned out of the first half of the movie . It was a bit boring and dragged on. . . RATING: 7-10 Artist: @artuniverse6 spiderman spidermanhomecoming
