Beard, Memes, and Pressure: I started my journey a little over two years ago. Day 1 was the picture on the left. I didn't know nothing about fitness, I had no direction, or even a clue on how much weight I need to lose. All I knew was something had to change. being 600lbs, pre diabetic, high blood pressure I was close to death and fed up. As long back as I can remember I was always over weight even as a child I remember other kids calling me fat pat or fatty patty. I learned to embrace my size by playing football and later in life doing personal security for Numerous celebrities. To be honest that made things worst, i made myself believe being the big guy was fine that I was being paid for being big. Reality was that I was in denial. I covered up my weight with success. That was never good enough tho no matter where I went or who was around 9 out of 10 I was always the biggest person in the room not just big but obese the big 6'8 600 pound bearded man, life was hard. No girl wanted to talk to me, strangers stared, people alway made assumptions about who I was and how much I weighed, people talked they pointed they said hurtful things, I couldn't find clothes to fit, I couldn't tie my shoe I couldn't even fit in most cars. Fact is I broke lots of my friends cars seats and shocks. None of that mattered tho and I didn't even really notice how bad life was until I lost the weight. people just treat you differently when your fit. I didn't make the change for the people that judged me or made fun of me or even the ones that wouldn't even talk to me I did it for me I did it for my loved ones I did it so I can live another day. My journey is just getting started this is just the beginning I have so much more in store watch me work watch me become one of the greats. Watch me motivate the world watch me make a difference. @possiblepat __________________________ For Shoutouts-Free Fitness Program-Fat Burner details Click on the link in our profile @HowToTransform .
