While in the U.K., the singer stopped by ‘1Xtra Breakfast Show with Dotty,’ a popular radio show on the overseas network, BBC Radio. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During the interview, Aiko discussed how her and rapper bae, BigSean became the couple we know them as today, past relationships, motherhood, and more. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "The year that my brother passed, I had just met him[Big Sean],” she explained "And we worked on "Beware" and "I'm Gonna Be". He wanted to take me out on a date. I had a boyfriend, but I still went...just as a friend.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sparks began to fly when their friendship began back in 2012, despite Jhene already being in a relationship. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "I mean, I had never been courtside to a game," she jokingly added. "And he's cool.
