Beautiful, Being Rich, and Drunk: i applaud people who have been through hell but are still kind & loving towards other humans. i hope the universe rewards you with happiness Here is to the unsung heroes. Removed from the celebrities and popular cultures of our current society, are the not so celebrated individuals and the brilliant cultures that make the world a better place to live. Nowadays it is not cool to be on time, to care, to have less money, to go out on a limb for others, or to deliver random acts of kindness. It ain't "gangster" if you praise people for being amazing humanitarians that make life worth living, or when your turntup but you aren't drunk. If you study hard and are able to hold a decent conversation you are a geek. You're probably not going to get a Nobel peace prize for volunteering in an African village, administering food and care to orphans, or for marching on government shouting "stop bombing killing citizens!" As we all know the people who move 30,000 troops into Afghanistan are destined for such awards. Selflessness is a route that few people take, often for a short amount of time. But some do for the whole of their lives. When they do it is quite beautiful, here is to the unsung heroes in the world. The nurses, volunteers, philanthropists, recyclers, carers, helpers, donators, lovers and the fighters who aren't scared to stand up for who and what they believe in. The doctors, the spiritual leaders of self love, the well wishers and do gooders, the energy givers, those who don't give to receive but just to give. Those who prioritise the needs of others over their own wants. Those who dedicate their time, and those who dedicate their lives, to helping others and the world. Those who do things for free for people, just because they love people. Even if you will never be hailed a celebrity, never be rich, never have a jay z song dedicated to you. You are cool in my eyes, respect and you have the support of real people, which is better than the following of a materialistic society. You are some of the reasons I smile :) chakabars

Children, DJ Khaled, and Future: Being honest is a freedom many deny to themselves... @chakabars I'm not lonely, many people love me & I โคmany people... but the reality of loving people who are oppressed is this. You won't be truly popular until you are dead, until you are no longer a threat to the existing power structure. Many people are scared of power & death. Some are not, many aren't willing to die for others, I'm not sure why, we were put here for others. Everyday I get asked if I have a partner, or if I have children. I keep getting reminded that I am 30 this year, but the truth is this. I am on a mission & until I create positive change & a better future for the children I โค, I won't settle or stop. Not many women will say to me, "Hey Chaka, I wana join you on this mission, I will dedicate my life to children I don't know, just because they are oppressed" I remain focussed, my life isn't perfect but it makes me feel like I am creating the right change, my life isn't for me, it never was. My mum educated me in a way that I was always going to do this... well if I was being true to myself. I was reading Marcus Garvey & learning about Ancient Kemet when I was young, I was raised a vegan Rasta & called Chaka... So I am walking the path, it feels amazing, I know that many people don't care about children facing poverty or structural violence, they even try and hide from it. So many famous Somalis, Congolese, Ethiopian & African people, living in the west hide, or ignore me when I ask them to care about their people. It's not like I am out here trying to pay for skiing trips, but they just don't care about orphans of their own people, it's like trying to ask Dj Khaled to help support the people being murdered in Palestine... I don't care about what people think, or if I can't be in a relationship because I have work to do, I just care about the Children. They are my reason for being โค chakabars
