Some of you will think nothing is wrong with the left - I totally agree but at that time my mindset was VERY blurred πŸ™ƒ Note that we are both smiling πŸ˜„ On the right it was the day after comp after I ate chocolate hip hot cross buns with melted Lindt balls 😍 and I felt amazing. Note that we are both smiling 😁 Point? No matter where you are in your journey, enjoy it. I never set out to go on a fitness journey to change the way I looked, I did it to feel healthy and be strong πŸ’ͺ🏽 The idea of healthy-strong is different to everyone. Doyouevenlift: 500 201 2017 I lost 350 pounds with many small goals, one thing that helps is a food log. One of the reasons why I tell everyone to start a food log is "accountability". We all need to be put in check. We need to be held accountable for our actions when it comes to eating and without the food log or knowing what you are eating what is the point of trying to lose weight when you may be letting your appetite run wild? If we don't hold ourselves accountable for it if you're lying to yourself then there's literally no point in trying to lose weight, so write down exactly what we eat because when we cheat were cheating yourself. β€’ Yes - I had surgery - I had skin surgery - I lost 350 pounds β€’ No - I'm not fake - Pills - Shakes - Teas - Wraps -More Prescription Pills - More CPAP Machine - More Asthma β€’ I would be dead today if I did t attempt to take control of my life, this is my wildest dressy and only getting better.
