 In the end I did get the laptop that I paid for, but it was after almost 2 months, over 40 emails,
 over six and a half hours on the phone, plus whatever it cost in gas to drive to the fedex office
 twice, and most importantly being lied to and jerked around by a billion dollar company.
 After all this, in my opinion, I don't think anyone should do business with Razer, their products
 are very good but their customer service is terrible, largely due to a horrible internal
 communication structure, and quite frankly you cannot trust what they tell you. I made an
 agreement with Razer and not only did they immediately break it they tried to convince me it
 wasn't their fault.

 no thank you and that was the end of the call
 In the end I did get the laptop that I paid for, but it was after almost 2 months, over 40 emails,
 over six and a half hours on the phone, plus whatever it cost in gas to drive to the fedex office
 twice, and most importantly being lied to and jerked around by a billion dollar company.
 After all this, in my opinion, I don't think anyone should do business with Razer, their products
 are very good but their customer service is terrible, largely due to a horrible internal
 communication structure, and quite frankly you cannot trust what they tell you. I made an
 agreement with Razer and not only did they immediately break it they tried to convince me it
 wasn't their fault.
