Community, Confidence, and Friends: L) faithinhumanityr Dear teenage boy at skate park: You're probably about fifteen years old, so I don't expect you to be very mature or for you to want a little girl on your skate ramp for that matter. What you don't know is that my daughter has been wanting to skateboard for months. I actually had to convince her that skateboarding wasn't for just for boys. So when we walked up to the skate park and saw that it was full of teenage boys who were smoking and swearing she immediately wanted to turn around and go home. I secretly wanted to go too because I didn't want to have to put on my mom voice and exchange words with you. I also didn't want my daughter to feel like she had to be scared of anyone, or that she wasn't entitled to that skate park just as much as you were. So when she said 'Mom it's full of older boys" I calmly said·So what, they don't own the skate park. She proceeded to go down the ramp in spite of you and your friends flying past her and grinding rails beside her. She only had two or three runs in before you approached her and said Hey, excuse me... immediately prepared to deliver my "She's allowed to use this park just as much as you guys' speech when I heard you say "You're feet are wrong. Can I help you?' You proceeded to spend almost an hour with my daughter showing her how to balance and steer, and she listened to you; A feat not attained by most adults! You held her hand and helped her get up when she fell down and I even heard you tell her to stay away from the rails so that she wouldn't get hurt. I want you to know that I am proud that you are part of my community, and I want to thank you for being kind to my daughter, even though your friends made fun of you for it. She left with a sense of pride and with the confidence that she can do anything, because of you. Helping hand

Ok, so, I researched this. I read his court files.
What this guy did was he let two young couples who wanted to have sex away from their parents’ eyes into his house. Here’s a “statement of the facts” from an appeal after he was convicted:
“Fourteen-year-old Stephanie was dating 18 year-old Timothy Cutshall; fifteen-year-old Rachelle was dating 23 year-old Chris Hall.  On the night in question, Hall and Cutshall asked the defendant to let them use his house for a liaison with the girls. Beer, Life, and Love: I don't know what he's doing, I just told him to FLOSS! Peter Griffin here, and boy oh boy is THIS ONE a doozy! ILOLed (that's an acronym the young people of today use, and it means "laugh out loud," in case you didn't know) out loud so hard I almost spat my beer out all over my computer and ruined it! Boy would THAT ever be un-epic! Without my computer, how would I ever be able to look at these hilarious maymays and explain them for all of you? Not to mention I'd no longer be able to watch the latest compilations of Ben Shapiro DESTROYing l*btards epically. Explaining me-mes and watching leftists get epically pwned are the only two things Ireally love in life anymore, and ifI were to lose both at the same time, I honestly don't know what I'd do. Probably be so overcome with grief at my life losing all meaning, that I'd be unable to continue living my now-pointless life and put a gun in my mouth. Wow, Ireally went off track there, didn't I? Anyway, this is so epically hilarious because it features a young person, probably no older than fifteen, at the dentist's office But here's the kicker: he's not in the dentist chair or anything! No, instead, he's up and about, swinging his arms around and moving his hips! In the foreground, we have a woman wearing a surgical mask, whom we can reasonably assume is the dentist. She observes the young man confusedly, and proclaims, "I don't know what he's doing, Ijust told him to FLOSS!" See, the dentist is presumably referring to the act of rubbing a thin string between one's teeth to remove excess plaque. That's the historical definition of the word floss," which has been commercially available since 1882. Our young friend, however, seems to have other ideas. See, more recently, "floss" has come to refer to a dance move in the popular online game, Fortnite. The dance is characterized by "a lot of fast arms and hip swings as though using a giant invisible piece of floss," which is where the name comes from. Additionally, the child is drawn to resemble one Russell Horning, popularly known as "Backpack Kid," who helped popularize the dance. With this information in mind, it can be inferred that the dentist is advising the boy to keep his teeth clean, by flossing, but since he's such a gamer, he instead believes that she is telling him to do the Fortnite dance. Now THAT is epic! I tried playing Fortnite myself, a few times, but couldn't really get into it. There's too many

the young man confusedly, and proclaims, "I don't know what he's doing, Ijust told him to FLOSS!" See, the dentist is presumably
referring to the act of rubbing a thin string between one's teeth to remove excess plaque. That's the historical definition of the word

recently, "floss" has come to refer to a dance move in the popular online game, Fortnite. The dance is characterized by "a lot of fast
arms and hip swings as though using a giant invisible piece of floss," which is where the name comes from. Additionally, the child is
drawn to resemble one Russell Horning, popularly known as "Backpack Kid," who helped popularize the dance. With this
information in mind, it can be inferred that the dentist is advising the boy to keep his teeth clean, by flossing, but since he's such a
gamer, he instead believes that she is telling him to do the Fortnite dance. Now THAT is epic! I tried playing Fortnite myself, a few

Crazy, Doctor, and Dogs: vaspider When I was ten years old, a dog bit the back of my head. The doctor said, within earshot but out of sight- he didnt think I could hear him-that had the dog's teeth been a little longer, they could have gone in under my skull. Hit my brain stem. Killed me, crippled me I don't know whether or not he was right. All I know is that for a decade and a half after that, I harbored a complete and unreasoning terror of dogs. It didn't matter how big they were, or how tame, or how kind. Someone else could assure me that they were the best dog in the world, that they knew the dog that he would never hurt anyone, and it didn't matter, because I was convinced that any dog could suddenly turn on me, bite me hard enough to kill me There were two dogs I slowly learned to trust during that time period. And eventually, I learned to understand dogs again, to understand their body anguage, to like them again, because my husband convinced me to get a puppy, to raise a dog from when it was smal, that this would help me get over my fea No one ever told me I was crazy or irrational for not wanting to be around dogs after l'd been attacked and nearly killed by one. No one. For fifteen years, it was understandable that I would be afraid -terribly, unreasoningly afraid - of dogs. A dog attacked me. I bore the traumatic scars. I found dogs terrifying unpredictable. I could not trust any of them no matter how kind they'd beern to my friends, no matter how well-recommended they came or how well they'd been raised not to turn on me and injure me When I was fifteen, I was raped.
