San Francisco 49ers, Basketball, and Cleveland Cavaliers: LeBron James Says Colin Kaepernick ls Being Blackballed Out Of the NFL @balleralert zar LeBron James Says Colin Kaepernick Is Being Blackballed Out Of the NFL– blogged by @MsJennyb ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On Sunday, Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBronJames showed his support for ColinKaepernick and his fight for social justice. The baller, who has been deemed the “greatest basketball player on the planet,” agreed with the notion that league owners are blackballing the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I love football, but I’m not part of the NFL. I don’t represent the NFL,” James said, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN. “I don’t know their rules and regulations. But I do know Kap is getting a wrongdoing, I do know that. Just watching, he’s an NFL player. He’s an NFL player and you see all these other quarterbacks out there and players out there that get all these second and third chances that are nowhere near as talented as him. It just feels like he’s been blackballed out of the NFL. So, I definitely do not respect that.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to Bleacher Report, since Kaepernick opted out of his contract with the Niners earlier this year, 42 other quarterbacks have signed contracts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “The only reason I could say he’s not on a team is because the way he took a knee. That’s the only reason,” James said of Kaepernick’s protest of police brutality during the national anthem. The movement began during the 2016 NFL preseason and has since expanded throughout different sports and continued through the 2017-18 season, despite Kaepernick’s unemployment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I watch football every Sunday, every Thursday, every Monday night. I see all these quarterbacks – first-string, second –team, third-team quarterbacks-that play sometimes when the starter gets hurt or are starters that play. Kap is better than a lot of those guys. Let’s just be honest.”

Comfortable, Memes, and Mondays: I REFUSETO BE IN THE RAT RACE. Is is possible for a “normal person” to escape the rat race? Normal people live comfortable, normal lives. They like it that way. There’s nothing wrong with normal. Except when it pertains to the rat race. - If you’re a normal person who’s tired of getting one raise a year (if that), tired of sitting under-utilized at your cubicle, tired of sitting over-utilized at your cubicle, tired of being TIRED, normal isn’t going to save you. So which options do you have? You only have three options at this point: ✔️Marry someone rich. ✔️Inherit a bunch of money. ✔️Sell your organs (which is illegal) Now, let me give you a few tips to do it the right way: ✔️Live like you don’t know when (and where) your next pay check will come from. Audit all your spending habits to see where you can cut back. And I mean REALLY cut back. ✔️Believe you can actually make money on your own without having to show up and sit in a cubicle for 40 hours a week. Most of us stick to the rat race not because it’s the only way we know, but because we think the alternative just isn’t feasible. ✔️Work outside normal working hours. When 5 o’clock strikes, the day is not done. There are still 7 hours left. Weird people know they need to use your time wisely if they want to exit the rat race. ✔️Wake up on F*cking Monday morning with a purpose!Weird people understand Mondays are no different than any other day of the week. Mondays are another opportunity to put in the work to escape the rat race. And guess what? Tomorrow is Monday. Are you ready? - ratrace success lifestyle millionairementor

College, Joe Biden, and Lady Gaga: Lady Gaga and Joe Biden Are Teaming Up to Develop Trauma Centers for Emotional and Physical Abuse Victims @balleralert Lady Gaga and Joe Biden Are Teaming Up to Develop Trauma Centers for Emotional and Physical Abuse Victims - Blogged by: @RaquelHarrisTV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Former vice president Joe Biden and Grammy-winning artist LadyGaga are coming together to create trauma centers for victims of physical and emotional abuse. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Biden discussed him and Gaga’s plans on Monday at Glamour’s Women of the Year Summit in New York City. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "Women who are abused end up having long-term physical and physiological problems ... We finally are recognizing the long-term impacts," Biden said, specifying that women should be able to receive long-term help at such centers. "It's the next great frontier I want to be part of." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During his speech, he also highlighted the bravery of those who have been subjected to sexual assault and have shared their stories in recent media. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "It's hard to come forward … don't let this slow up," Biden said. "This is time to fundamentally change the culture of how women are treated in American society ... The culture is changing because so many brave women — knowing they were going to be vilified — are coming forward. Look at all these men have rightfully lost, now. Million dollar contracts! That wouldn't have happened a year ago, five years ago, 10 years ago, so keep pushing,” said Biden. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Entertainment Weekly reports the centers are still in its early stages of preparation. This isn’t the first time the two have made efforts to diminish sexual harassment and assault. Back in October, Gaga and Biden teamed up to promote ItsOnUs, a non-profit that educates people on how to target and prevent sexual assault on college campuses.

Dad, Family, and God: Joe Biden Talks Potentially Running for President in 2020:"I'm not closing the door" @balleralert Joe Biden Talks Potentially Running for President in 2020: “I'm not closing the door” - Blogged by: @RaquelHarrisTV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our beloved former vice president JoeBiden sat down with Oprah and TheTodayShow to discuss his new memoir, “Promise Me Dad," as well as his thoughts on running for president in 2020. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Not yet,” Biden said during his “SuperSoul Sunday” interview with Oprah. “Look, I’m a great respecter of fate. I don’t plan on running.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hopes run high for the day Biden announces he’ll take a shot at leading our country. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Here’s my problem: You know, I learned how to become one of the most popular elected officials in the United States. Announce you’re not running for president – it’s amazing! Boom, you know, it really gets good,” Biden chuckles. “But I’m asked to speak a lot in political fore, and I’m doing it not nearly as often as I’m asked because every time I’m asked, they translate it into, ‘I’m running for president.’” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However, during his interview with Today Monday he said he isn’t exactly ruling the idea out totally. "I honest to God haven't made up my mind about that,'' Biden told Savannah Guthrie and Matt Lauer. "I'm not closing the door. I've been around too long." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As of right now, the 74-year-old said he’d like to focus on his family and book, which details his journey with his son, who battled brain cancer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ He continued: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I can tell you honestly, if the Lord Almighty came down and sat in the middle of the table and said, 'Joe, the nomination is yours but you have to take it now, I would say no,''' he said.
