osteoporosis: NFLAMMATION ELIMINATE INFLAMMATION CAUSE INFLAMMATION IG: @CONSCIOUSVIBRANCY LEAFY GREENS CHIA SEEDSREFINED SUGAR REFINED FLOUR BLUEBERRIESPINEAPPLE MEAT ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS GINGER TURMERIC GLUTEN Follow my bro ➡️ @consciousvibrancy If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, bacterial or viral infections, osteoporosis, arthritis, acid reflux, candidiasis, or acne, then you could also have chronic, low-grade inflammation. In fact, if you have any number of other diseases, it is likely you have inflammation. And if you want to get or remain healthy, you definitely want to reduce the damaging effects of it! Inflammation has a positive and negative affect in your body. Inflammation has a positive side because it helps your body respond to stress. But chronic, low-grade inflammation is thought to be one of the leading causes of disease, premature aging, and illness. When you get a cold, your body responds with inflammation in the form of a fever that helps you heal. The inflammation does its job, gets rid of the virus, and disappears. But if your immunity is compromised and your body is constantly stressed, you might experience chronic low-grade inflammation that leaves you more susceptible to illness and disease. It's important to realize that chronic inflammation is the source of many if not most diseases, including cancer, obesity, and heart disease, which essentially makes it the leading cause of death in the US. While inflammation is a perfectly normal and beneficial process that occurs when your body's white blood cells and chemicals protect you from foreign invaders like bacteria and viruses, it leads to trouble when the inflammatory response gets out of hand. Your diet has a lot to do with this chain of events. You can help your body fight inflammation by reducing stress, adjusting your diet, and by getting enough sunshine. Diet is a key part of your inflammation-fighting plan, and some foods have amazing anti-inflammatory properties. osteoporosis: You're not lactose intolerant.. you're just not a baby cow Repost @gmo_gus💯🙌 Today’s milk is a processed food. Until the end of the 19th century in Europe and the beginning of the 20th century in the US, milk was consumed unpasteurized or raw. Later on, homogenization became the industry’s standard. These processes further alter milk’s chemistry and actually increase its detrimental acidifying effects. - Under current industrial methods, cow’s milk is often a toxic bovine brew of man-made ingredients like bio-engineered hormones, antibiotics (55% of U.S. antibiotics are fed to livestock), and pesticides—all of which are bad for us and the environment. - For example, unintentional pesticide poisonings kill an estimated 355,000 people globally each year. In addition the drugs pumped into livestock often re-visit us in our water supply. - We are the only animals on the planet who take another animals milk and drink it for consumption. We are biologically designed to drink our own mother’s milk. Would you go and put your mouth to a cow’s nipple and start drinking it? It’s not a naturally occurring desire in my mind. - The biochemical make-up of cow’s milk is perfectly suited to turn a 65-pound newborn calf into a 400-pound cow in one year. Humans are the only species to continue to drink milk after infancy. - Recent studies have shown that dairy can actually CREATE osteoporosis in your bones. According to the SAVE OUR BONES CAMPAIGN and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, not only do we barely absorb the calcium in cow’s milk (especially if pasteurized), but to make matters worse, it actually increases calcium loss from the bones. This increases your risk for fractures and more. - According to the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, “The countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis are the ones where people drink the most milk." osteoporosis: You don't need dead bodies for a good body Vegan Wholefoods plantbased Meat @chakabars When I decided to only eat plants I was worried that I'd get skinny, also just eating vegan foods doesn't mean you are healthy, you gotta eat wholefoods & eat 51% raw. I've worked in 3 Gyms. In gyms everyone is an expert. "You need to get your protein in" says every guy with muscles ever, "The best protein comes from meat, eggs & Whey" we are conditioned to believe that. It's a myth btw. Look at who made up this misinformation & why. Corporate personal training courses, run by people who have never known how to eat holistically, prey on our insecurities, then they sell you something. Meat & dairy companies tell you that you aren't big enough-or getting enough nutrients, then they sell you their products. Calcium comes from the earth, plants grow on calcium, turn them into a liquid assimilable to humans-animals, we eat the plants & get the calcium. If you eat calcium on its own from the earth-animal, it doesn't mean you are going to gain more calcium, the body unlocks these minerals in groups, you need to increase all the minerals to gain more of one. Plants are the best at doing this. Remember the got milk campaign? They were just chatting sh*t. Humans are not designed to drink the milk of a cow. We barely absorb the calcium in cow’s milk (especially if pasteurised), in fact it actually increases calcium loss from the bones! Explanation: Like all animal protein, milk acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction. Calcium is an excellent acid neutraliser & the biggest storage of calcium in the body is in the bones. So the very same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilised to neutralise the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out of the bones, it leaves the body via the urine, so that the surprising net result after this is an actual calcium deficit. People with the highest rate of osteoporosis are the biggest milk-whey protein consumers. Eating meat for gains is pseudo scientific nonsense, research vegan body builders-weight lifters. Not to mention what is in meat, It cause mucus & cancer but you still wana eat it for the sake of vanity. The world health organisation said this, not me. Research it chakabars
