Confidence, Energy, and Friends: ASPIRE TO INSPIRE BEFOR WE EXPIRE. Has anyone ever inspired you to change your life in a significant way that made you healthier, happier, or more fulfilled? If so, you understand the difference that positive inspiration can make in a person’s life. - 👀Would you like to know the simplest ways to inspire people and change their lives?👇 ✔️Care. If you can’t show a person that you genuinely care about them, do you think you will be able to inspire them? The answer is a resounding, “NO!” Show people you care in your words (“How are you today?”) and your actions (small acts of kindness go a long way). ✔️Be enthusiastic. The saying “enthusiasm is contagious” is common enough to be cliché, but it’s a cliché because it’s true. Reflect enthusiasm every day to the people you are in contact with and I’m willing to wager your genuine smiles, positive energy, and caring concern will be returned ten-fold. ✔️Earn trust. If a person you know and love tells you a secret, it stays between you and them. Trust takes a long time to build, but it can be destroyed overnight, so don’t take part in workplace gossip or unnecessary drama in your social networks so you can be a positive influence that people are unafraid to talk to. ✔️Reach for the stars. No one will be inspired by a person who resigns themselves to “reality” (such a dreadful place that sounds devoid of hope or personal growth in my opinion). Be ambitious, aim high, and never surrender if you want to inspire people that they, too, can accomplish anything they set their mind to. ✔️Stay true to who you are. A lot of us have a variety of “selves” that come out depending on the social situation: home, work, and friends all require a different song-and-dance. But putting on a different show for every group of people you encounter is super exhausting, and it’s certainly not a good way to inspire people around you. Would you place your confidence in a person who was so uncomfortable in their personality that they felt the need to pander to whatever crowd they were with? Embrace your true self without apology. - aspire inspire success live millionairementor

Being Alone, Memes, and Taken: LUCK DOESNT EXIST, HARD WORK DOES To help you understand: Hard work means putting a lot of effort in to our projects. Luck means things happening by chance rather than through our own efforts. Luck and hard work can seem like opposites, but they often are linked more closely than you might think. HOW??? Your boy millmentor has the (possible) answer! ✔️We get opportunities because of luck. We WORK hard to convert those opportunities into realities. ✔️Hard work can give us more of a sense of personal satisfaction. On the other hand, luck feels more like an unexpected gift. ✔️Hard work can bring its own ‘luck’ in the form of unexpected benefits. Under such circumstances, hard work can make us feel lucky. ✔️Sometimes, luck can advance us much further than hard work alone could. However, if we do not WORK hard, we might not be able to take full advantage of our luck. ✔️It is said that, “luck favors them who works hard.” We should never think that we not need to work hard. Remember, working hard is pre-requisites for success. ✔️We can feel lucky that we are able to work hard, too (for instance, lucky that we are not too ill to work). ✔️Luck can make us feel that there is a divine power rewarding us. Such feeling or thoughts should be taken as positive suggestions to work hard. - 😉Did I confuse you? I hope not! A Dream, America, and Beautiful: Memphis Black Santa Brings Joy To Across The South People @balleralert Memphis Black Santa Brings Joy To People Across The South - Blogged by @tktrinidad ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Raymond Conley, 65, has been the resident black Santa for the past eight years at Southland Mall and people have been traveling to Memphis to see him. "Not to be funny, but they want to see a black Santa. They come from Texas, St. Louis, Atlanta. They want their kids to see a black Santa," Conley said. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ About 63% of the Memphis’ population is black, according to the U.S. Census and it’s pretty cool to see a Santa that is relatable to the population. The general manager Michael Rixter, of the Southland Mall, agrees, "we have at least 10 calls a day from people asking if we have Santa here. The second question they ask is, 'Is he black?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There has been black Santa’s across America since the 1940’s. The Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn got its first black Santa in 2016 for four days, which expanded to nine days this year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Believe it or not, before Conley donned on the Santa suit, Rev. Larry Lee Love Sr., 66 was the first black Santa in 1997, "Me and my wife were mall walkers. And they were putting up decorations, and advertising Santa, and we kept passing that big, beautiful red-and-white Santa chair with that white Santa, and every time we passed it, seemed like something would come over me." Love said. Back then, Love just worked for the mall, but these days everything is a business including being Santa. Conley works for Cherry Hill Photo Enterprises Inc which puts together the whole Santa experience. The company makes profits off of photo packages and sends Conley two spanking new suits every week. Conley is the only black Santa on their roster, local manager for Cherry Hill, Lyntia Howard, says,” We have a lot of people who come looking for him.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Conley and Love hope to continue being Santa for a very long time and Love has a dream on top of bringing joy to kids,"My only aspiration right now is to be the first black Santa to go to Washington, D.C., and light that 50-foot tall Alberta spruce tree( the National Tree by the White House)" he said.
