Albert Einstein, Goals, and Life: I WANT NOTHING BUT POSITIVE VIBES SURROUNDING ME. The people we choose to surround ourselves with impacts the way we think, act and feel on a day-to-day basis. In many ways, entrepreneurial success is determined much like success in any other aspect of life. As entrepreneurs, we are responsible for ourselves. Surrounding yourself with the right type of people can help success come more naturally to you than being around those who might hold you back. - Here are the 4 types of people to surround yourself with for SUCCESS: - ✔️HARD workers. You probably know somebody who is a relentless worker, or perhaps you are one yourself. These types of workers push us to work harder each and every day. While measuring personal success against the success of another is like comparing apples and oranges, we can measure our drive with the drive of other relentless workers. True passion and commitment will breed a successful business. ✔️Positive attitudes. People tend to be better at what they’re doing if they’re happy. Negative attitudes can drag down work ethic and they don’t offer any inspiration for success or innovation. ✔️ People who ask questions. Albert Einstein once said “the important thing is to not stop questioning.” As entrepreneurs, we should constantly be asking questions about ourselves and our business. However, no single person will think of every important question. People who ask questions may provide a different angle on an issue or an idea, and these questions could ultimately lead to an important breakthrough for you or your business. Perspective is everything. ✔️Some non-entrepreneurial types will consider all entrepreneurs “dreamers.” However, we understand that setting goals and working hard will help us achieve what many consider to be unachievable. To keep this drive going, we should always be surrounding ourselves with people who have similar goals in mind. - success harwork millionairementor

According to reports, the officer, SeanSuiter, who was accompanied by his partner at the time, approached a man, who had been displaying “suspicious behavior.” After a brief confrontation, Suiter was shot in the head, prompting his partner to call for medics and backup. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since then, rumors have swirled about the unsolved murder. Many have pointed the finger at the officer’s partner, questioning his motives. But, it wasn’t until officials revealed that Suiter was scheduled to testify before a grand jury in a corruption probe into his former co-workers, that the speculation turned into a possible conspiracy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The FBI had launched an investigation into a Baltimore task force that used their power to steal money from potential criminals and suspects in the city. The officers were also accused of stealing drugs that were seized and funneling them back into other cities. Several officers have been indicted in the corruption case, including a Philly cop, who orchestrated the drug run in Philly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Although the feds do not have any evidence that directly links Suiter to a conspiracy, the Commissioner revealed, “There’s nothing we won’t consider,” though it “appears to be nothing more than a spontaneous observation of a man behaving suspiciously and a spontaneous decision to investigate his conduct.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to USA Today, officials have since retrieved the officer’s gun from the crime scene and have been able to conclude that he was shot with his own weapon......to read the rest log on to BallerAlert.com (clickable link on profile)

Community, Family, and Memes: Two Teens Plot a Columbine-similar Attack Against a High School Near Atlanta @balleralert Two Teens Plot a Columbine-similar Attack Against a High School Near Atlanta-blogged by: @RaquelHarrisTV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Authorities are saying two teens' plans to attack a high school are similar to that of the 1999 Columbine High School mass shooting that happened in Colorado. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 17-year-olds, Alfred Dupree and Victoria McCurley are being charged with criminal attempt to commit murder for making threats against EtowahHighSchool and its staff, said Cherokee County sheriff’s Sgt. Marianne Kelley to reporters. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ At a news conference Cherokee County Sheriff Frank Reynolds said, "I talked to the detective earlier and I asked him, I said ‘what would you describe this as’ and he indicated that this would have been a Columbine-type incident in his opinion." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A community leader tipped off investigators about some of Dupree's journal entries that support charges against the duo. Kelley visited Dupree's family on Monday in regards to the incident. After reading the entries, authorities were led to McCurley. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "They had detailed plans of what they wanted to do and how they wanted to carry it out," Reynolds said. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It all came together once officials did a search of homes in which they found firearms, some type of powdered substance and a flammable device. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Authorities are still questioning what the motive was behind their plans but she feels mental health may be the issue. Both teens were evaluated before being arrested and charged. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It was determined that the two would be denied bond after their court appearance on Thursday. Etowah High is just 30 miles from the city of Atlanta.

Ass, Children, and Doctor: The Acceptant Nature of Blacks @balleralert The Acceptant Nature of Blacks - blogged by @niksofly ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As long as blacks can get an apology or leave it in God's hands, then whatever tribulation comes our way will be minimized. We have that acceptant and forgiving nature. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I watched my mother be denied care and literally bleed to death before my eyes. Her soul bled out before my eyes. She had been delayed transfusions for days . I was told to leave it in God's hands and to consider the doctor's emotions. I'm still f*cked up behind it enduring nightmares, battling grief and rage. I don't think the doctor has lost a minute of sleep, but I'm suppose to consider his emotions and let God deal with him. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ HoustonTexans owner BobMcNair referenced not allowing the "inmates to run the prison.” We are fake outraged, but as long as he issued that apology, most of us will go back to watching the game. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ White cop murders a black man, she gets off and can now have her record expunged. "God sees all. He has the last say.” There are children that will never hug their parents, mothers that will never kiss their children. A father can never play catch with his son. We are to deal with that pain so long as an apology accompanies it or we know "God will handle it.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why is it God has to handle our battles? By all accounts I'm Christian, but I never hear my non-black counterparts issue a plea to God when they are wronged. Jeremy Mardis’ family didn't have to wait on God, but Alton Sterling family does. Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray and all of those who have become hashtags have to leave their justice up to God. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And don't get me wrong, I'm not questioning God, I'm questioning the paradox of religion and how it controls blacks. We have to forgive and relinquish our human right to want justice or ramifications for God to handle it while others see justice. We have to wait on God and accept half -ass apologies, yet no one else needs or waits on God, but us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm tired of that sh*t
