I'm at an age now where if the homies wanna go out to eat and the restaurant ain't got a southwest chicken salad imma strongly consider not going. Like I'm just being honest. It's a small menu addition. Give me some lettuce grilled chicken corn and tortilla skrips and I'm good money. That's a restaurant I like. U know what restaurants I don't like? Ones that don't have a southwest chicken salad 😂. Like cmon! This shit easy bruh! "But smash that's unreasonable what if it's a sushi spot." Well now hol up for a second hol up. When I hit Blue Ribbon Sushi in Miami Beach they got the fried chicken on deck. I was hesitant to mix sushi and fried chicken but low key? Shit was fire. And other sushi joints be doing the sashimi tacos. If y'all gon do soul food and Mexican fusion food then FUCK AROUND AND MAKE ME A SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD DAMMIT 😄. Because sometimes I have those days where I didn't work out and I meet the homies for food and I didn't earn a big fatty cheat meal but I still want something satisfying and reasonably healthy. I want that southwest. Mother. Fucking. Chicken. Salad 🤗. U restaurants been put on notice. If u become one of them restaurants that's part of the 90% that fail in the first year of they existence don't DM me like "smash what did I do wrong I served delicious authentic coastal Greek food focusing on fresh wild-caught fish prepared in light olive oil and we had a great first week but then...?" My first question gon be whether u had a southwest chicken salad? THOUGHT NOT. Iran denied Christian prisoner vital Medical Care. Iranian authorities released Maryam Naghash Zargaran, an Iranian Christian, from prison after she served a four year sentence for "security violations." Zargaran, 39, was often denied vital medical attention needed for a heart condition called atrial septal defect (ASD). Additionally, she has always been treated with prejudice. She had zero rights. Hunger strikes, protests, complaints - everything was ignored by Iranian authorities. By the way, she was arrested in 2013 after working with Pastor Saeed Abedini, an Iranian-American, at an orphanage. Arrested for being Christian. And that’s not even surprising; we all know how Christians are treated in Iran. Its government considers us as enemies, humiliates and mocks Christians all over the country. It’s hate towards our religion that represents the foundation of the modern Iran (after 1979 Islamic revolution). What’s more, the revival of the Islam in the Middle East affected not only Iran but most of the countries in this region. Christians face incredibly cruel and inhuman attitude towards themselves. For example, only in Iran more than 90 Christian leaders are locked in jails today. I suppose it's clear that torture and violence became an inalienable part of their lives there. We cannot and must not tolerate such a horrific discrimination.     All Lives Matter, Children, and Family: Lt. Aaron Allan was killed in line of duty when
 he tried to help victim of a crash. Shot by

Lieutenant Aaron Allan was shot and killed after responding to a crash involving an overturned vehicle. He and a Homecroft officer arrived at the scene and began to check on two occupants. Lieutenant Allan crawled into the car to check on the driver, who was stuck upside down in his seat belt. As Lieutenant Allan then crawled back out to check on the passenger the driver grabbed a gun and opened fire, striking Lieutenant Allan 14 times. The Homecroft officer and an off-duty reserve deputy from the Johnson County Sheriff's Office returned fire and wounded the man before taking him into custody Lieutenant Allan was transported to Eskenazi Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Lieutenant Allan had served with the Southport Police Department for six years and had served in law enforcement for 20 years. He is survived by his wife and children. Our deepest sympathy goes to the family, friends, and co-workers of Lt. Allan. So sad to see another senseless murder of a true hero. Rest in Peace Brother. Like my posts? Sir Paul McCartney reportedly "demanded" that only vegan food was sold at his concert in Tinley Park on Wednesday (07.26.17) evening. The 75-year-old rocker - who has been a longtime animal activist - has followed a vegetarian lifestyle for years, so it was hardly surprising that he requested that the only grub served up in the concourse of his gig in Illinois was meat free and dairy free. A fan called Emily - who goes by the handle plantifulemily - took to her Twitter account during the concert last night to post a screenshot of a text that her parents, who attended the gig, had sent her of the compassionate menu on display at the event. The delicious food on offer included buffalo cauliflower and fries ($12), vegan chili fries ($8) and vegan nacho grande ($10.50) as well as a bottle of red wine for $37.00. Emily accompanied the shot with the caption: "my parents are at the Paul McCartney concert and he demanded that there only be vegan food, king! (sic)" And this isn't the first time the Beatles legend has tried to encourage other people to follow a vegetarian diet as he previously banned animal food products from his rider. The meat-free demands were reportedly part of the terms and conditions of Paul playing in the province of Saskatchewan in Canada in 2013 - meaning he wouldn't perform unless show organisers confirmed no meat would be eaten backstage. Officials in three Brazilian cities—Várzea Grande, Cuiabá, and Sao Gonçalo—have committed to serving one plant-based meal per week at city-run schools under the Alimentação Consciente Brasil (“Conscious Eating Brasil”) food policy program initiated by animal-rights organization Mercy For Animals (MFA).Officials in Cuiabá also agreed to implement the food policy in city-run social assistance programs. According to MFA, the change will amount to 5 million vegan meals served in the country per year (or 140,000 vegan meals every week).
