    Versing: Photo Grid
It's transformationtuesday and I haven't done a post of my updated transformation in a while. I am almost a year from these pictures. The bottom two where taking on Sunday. Now the reason why I haven't posted my transformation or taken pictures consistently is because my body is not really changing. I am maintaining this look with the only change being in my shoulders. I really want to focus more on the booty and put some more definition in it. I have an idea on how I am going to go about it and am excited for this upcoming challenge. I actually think it's going to be more doable at home verse the gym so I am excited to share my success or failure in this. Transforming your body is not just a physical thing it is mental. You have to set your mind right. This is what I teach my clients and this is what I share with you. Your body has genetics and sometimes you can't grow more then someone else but with that being said you can shape your body to look like you grew it. It's not about the scale it's about the mirror. It's not about eating boring diets it's about balance and nutrition. It's not about lifting heavy all the time or light. When being tested by Allah, remember to remain patient and persistent with Jannah as a motivation to struggle and strive through the hardships of life without losing your faith in Al Khabir (The All Aware). - Whenever you find yourself facing a trial, keep in mind that you as a believer are rewarded or recompensed at the same time if handled correctly. And remember that the solution to all the problems in this life is to reduce your sins, to repent and to increase your good deeds. When in need of a morale boost start with Dhikr of Allah, and reading the Qur’an. - “Verily, We sent (Messengers) to many nations before you. And We seized them with extreme poverty (or loss in wealth) and loss in health (with calamities) so that they might humble themselves (believe with humility).” (Quran, 6:42) - It is an established fact in the Quran, that one of the ways Allah assesses the faith of believers is by taking away their health and their wealth, but as seen in the humbling verse above, if a believer passes whatever the test is, his faith will be reinforced and more stronger than it was initially. - Allah will test your faith throughout your life using your health, your wealth, or even your loved ones. Be prepared to be tested, be patient when torn and momentarily broken, and keep in mind that everything in this life is either temporary or occurs in cycles according to Allah's decree. Furthermore take life to be a roller coaster, meaning - if you are at the bottom today, as someone patient with firm faith in Allah, you’re already on your way up In Shaa Allah. ForeverTemporary @gardenofthepious - “Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. Having been told, ‘Enter it in peace, safe and secure.’ And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, so they will be brothers, on thrones facing each other. No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they ever be removed.  "FATHER, I WANTED A
 CAR, NOT QURAN."
"FATHER, I WANTED A CAR, NOT Q'URAN." A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealers showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car.. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound QURAN with the young man's name embossed in gold. Angrily, he raised his voice to his father and said," With all your money you give me a Quran?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the Holy book. Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen Him since that graduation day. But before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things. When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still new QURAN, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the QURAN and began to turn the pages. His father had carefully underlined a verse, Chapter Al Ra'd, verse 28. "Without doubt, in remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction" As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Quran. It had a tag with the dealers name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired.. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words... PAID IN FULL.
