Bad, Disappointed, and Life: IT COSTS $0.00 TO BE A DECENT PERSON. The real problem stems from a long line of narcissism and a huge lack of consideration for anyone other than one’s self. 👇Here are TWO Golden Rules we should all consider when striving to be a decent human being: ✔️Treat others the way you would like to be treated. This one seems to be especially concerning because I feel like I hear it so often. People will be venting about friend drama and mention all of the ways that they have been wounded, and yet, I can't help but notice that often times the person wounded fails to recognize that their own behavior can be just as wounding and upsetting as the person they are venting about. This rule is simple enough, if you wouldn't want somebody to treat, talk about or speak to you in a specific way, the you should make damn sure that you follow your own rules. ✔️Recognize that time is limited. In other words, let us not take people for granted. We are all so quick to assume that we will have certain people in our lives forever but the truth is that we never really know for sure what tomorrow will bring. If somebody is important to you, show them. If you value a person's place in your life your actions will show it and you will exercise great consideration, dedication and loyalty towards them. - It's not hard to be a decent and considerate person and yet it's not something we see people practicing regularly. Though I've been disappointed by so many people, I've finally come to terms with the fact that as a society and especially millennials just don't value loyalty and compassion and consideration like we used to. Climbing, Food, and Friends: LIFE IS MEANT TO BE ENJOYED Nowadays everyone including you are being subjected to a socially constructed myth that you’re either “working and paying your dues”, or you’re “being lazy”. There’s no in-between. Enjoyment is greedy, work is good. 🤔 The reason so many people in the American workforce are unhappy is because they are being told a lie: getting ahead, scaling the ladder, or making more money are supposed to make you happy. But this is not true. Any culture with an ounce of wisdom will tell you that what makes you happy are: ✔️Connections with other people. ✔️Companionship. ✔️New experiences, and discovering yourself. This is why other countries are more “people oriented” versus being simply career minded. 👇Here’s the solution to start enjoying life! Simply shift priorities! Do the unthinkable and put “getting ahead” and climbing your individual or corporate career ladders on the back-burner. Prioritize meeting people and enjoying life. Find ways to supplement your income and turn your full-time job into a part-time. Spend the rest of your extra hours taking dance classes, cooking food, throwing dinner parties, going out, or just relaxing in nature. - Finally, a very important point to make is that we become scared that making lifestyle-happiness-low stress a priority over, say, climbing a corporate ladder or working more, is that you’ll end up a “bum”, you won’t have enough saved for “retirement”, maybe your friends will think you’re a loser. Nope. By leading a more relaxed lifestyle, your performance will go up. Happiness=greater performance. You’re more likely to become a very successful person by cutting the anxiety out of your life, and giving yourself more space for your imagination to flourish into new ideas. Try it out, and let me know what happens! - life enjoy millionairementor

Confidence, Energy, and Friends: ASPIRE TO INSPIRE BEFOR WE EXPIRE. Has anyone ever inspired you to change your life in a significant way that made you healthier, happier, or more fulfilled? If so, you understand the difference that positive inspiration can make in a person’s life. - 👀Would you like to know the simplest ways to inspire people and change their lives?👇 ✔️Care. If you can’t show a person that you genuinely care about them, do you think you will be able to inspire them? The answer is a resounding, “NO!” Show people you care in your words (“How are you today?”) and your actions (small acts of kindness go a long way). ✔️Be enthusiastic. The saying “enthusiasm is contagious” is common enough to be cliché, but it’s a cliché because it’s true. Reflect enthusiasm every day to the people you are in contact with and I’m willing to wager your genuine smiles, positive energy, and caring concern will be returned ten-fold. ✔️Earn trust. If a person you know and love tells you a secret, it stays between you and them. Trust takes a long time to build, but it can be destroyed overnight, so don’t take part in workplace gossip or unnecessary drama in your social networks so you can be a positive influence that people are unafraid to talk to. ✔️Reach for the stars. No one will be inspired by a person who resigns themselves to “reality” (such a dreadful place that sounds devoid of hope or personal growth in my opinion). Be ambitious, aim high, and never surrender if you want to inspire people that they, too, can accomplish anything they set their mind to. ✔️Stay true to who you are. A lot of us have a variety of “selves” that come out depending on the social situation: home, work, and friends all require a different song-and-dance. But putting on a different show for every group of people you encounter is super exhausting, and it’s certainly not a good way to inspire people around you. Would you place your confidence in a person who was so uncomfortable in their personality that they felt the need to pander to whatever crowd they were with? Embrace your true self without apology. - aspire inspire success live millionairementor

Bad, Future, and Goals: MENTOR YOUTMAKE YOUR OWN LUCK "The best way to predict the future is to invent it." In other words, you create your own luck and your own future. 😉 Success is where preparation and opportunity meet. If you're prepared for an opportunity when it arrives on your doorstep, and you're willing to take it, then success will be yours. - Here are a few powerful ways to make your own luck and to invent your own future. ✔️Tap into your optimism Optimistic people naturally create lots of good luck. Studies have proven that more than 80 percent of people who feel they're lucky actually work harder at creating their good luck. On the flip side, people who feel unlucky tend to believe that bad luck just happens (to them, a lot) and that it isn't something they have any power to change. ✔️Be open to the possibilities. Get to know as many people as you possibly can and build an extensive network of contacts. Constantly be on the watch for potential opportunities, and work hard to make them happen. Be open to the possibilities, even if it means embracing a different way of thinking about something, or a big life or career change. ✔️Listen to your inner voice. A lot of times, people don't listen to their inner voice-their intuition-and then soon regret it. How many times have you said to yourself, "If only I had listened to myself?" The next time you have to make an important decision about the future, first clear your mind even deep breathing works. By calming your thoughts, you will be able to hear your inner voice that much louder and act upon it. ✔️Shoot for the moon You've heard the saying, "Shoot for the moon and you might just catch some stars on the way down." It's true! You can create your own luck by setting goals that you're not sure you can achieve, and then going for it and working hard to make them real. By working hard towards your biggest dreams, new opportunities can and will be realized including some you may never have considered. Alive, Disappointed, and Future: DO GOOD THINGS AND GOOD THINGS WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU: Do good things to change the world! 👇Here are a few POWERFUL ways you can all change the world: ✔️Smile. As minuscule as it might seem, smiling can have a big impact. Not only does it impact you, but also the lives of others that are both immediately around you and that you come into contact with. People that often smile are happier and less depressed. In turn, they act differently than people that are always frowning and unhappy. If you think about a smiling person, you also realize that they’re likely positive about life. However, this also affects the people around you. When someone sees you smiling, they feel happier than when they see you angry, sad or depressed. In short, smiling is infectious. 😁 ✔️Be kind. It doesn’t take much to be kind to others. Yet, kindness seems to be more of the exception to the rule these days rather than the norm. Be kind to others around you. Don’t think the worst of them. Think the best. Even if people have disappointed you in the past, don’t lose hope in the future of humanity. ✔️Be present. We usually don’t live in the moment. We’re elsewhere, somewhere transported in our own minds. Physically we’re here, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually we’ve evaporated. When was the last time you were actually present? When did you look around with child-eyed wonder at all the miracles taking place? When did you last realize the fragility of life and actually stop to appreciate everything happening inside of you to keep you alive? 🤔 But, by being present, you can actually change the world. It will allow you to be more aware of your environment, people and things all around you. You’ll appreciate the heart beating in your chest countless times per minute, pushing the blood throughout your veins, or the lungs that are breathing in the air to keep you alive, or your kidneys, your liver, and everything else that allows you to live life in this world. ✔️Contribute. Want to make an impact on this world? Want to change it in small ways on your own? Contribute to others. Not just your money. If you don’t have money, that’s okay. Contribute your time. - Did you like the small list? Comment below and let me know what you think! - smile

Albert Einstein, Goals, and Life: I WANT NOTHING BUT POSITIVE VIBES SURROUNDING ME. The people we choose to surround ourselves with impacts the way we think, act and feel on a day-to-day basis. In many ways, entrepreneurial success is determined much like success in any other aspect of life. As entrepreneurs, we are responsible for ourselves. Surrounding yourself with the right type of people can help success come more naturally to you than being around those who might hold you back. - Here are the 4 types of people to surround yourself with for SUCCESS: - ✔️HARD workers. You probably know somebody who is a relentless worker, or perhaps you are one yourself. These types of workers push us to work harder each and every day. While measuring personal success against the success of another is like comparing apples and oranges, we can measure our drive with the drive of other relentless workers. True passion and commitment will breed a successful business. ✔️Positive attitudes. People tend to be better at what they’re doing if they’re happy. Negative attitudes can drag down work ethic and they don’t offer any inspiration for success or innovation. ✔️ People who ask questions. Albert Einstein once said “the important thing is to not stop questioning.” As entrepreneurs, we should constantly be asking questions about ourselves and our business. However, no single person will think of every important question. People who ask questions may provide a different angle on an issue or an idea, and these questions could ultimately lead to an important breakthrough for you or your business. Perspective is everything. ✔️Some non-entrepreneurial types will consider all entrepreneurs “dreamers.” However, we understand that setting goals and working hard will help us achieve what many consider to be unachievable. To keep this drive going, we should always be surrounding ourselves with people who have similar goals in mind. - success harwork millionairementor

Haircut, Journey, and Life: GOOD PEOPLE STILL EXIST The world is filled with good people, if you can’t find one BE ONE. Life is a journey and becoming better every day is the goal, so here are a few ways to help you become a better person: ✔️Compliment yourself. Every morning before you go on with your daily routine, take a couple of minutes to give yourself a compliment. Whether you compliment your outfit, haircut, or how you recently completed a task using your unique skill sets, giving yourself a little emotional boost will make you happy. ✔️Don’t make excuses. Instead of pointing fingers and making excuses about why you aren't happy or successful in your personal or professional life, own your mistakes and learn from them. ✔️Be helpful. Whether giving up your seat to an elderly person on the subway, assisting a co-worker on a project, or carrying in the groceries when your spouse comes back from the store, being helpful is one of the easiest and most effective ways to practice becoming a better person. I find that the more I help others, the better I feel about myself and everyone around me. Do you? ✔️Always be polite. How much effort does it take to say, "Thank you," or to hold the elevator door open for someone? Not much at all. However, these acts of kindness can make someone's day. TRY IT! - good values success millionairementor

Advice, Food, and Fresh: fireable no longer going to pursue a career! id like to be a rock. thanks whatblackparadise metamorphic or igneous itsmurjana neither, dwayne the Some nifty websites for cooking at home These are just a few websites I have under my bookmarks for when I look up recipes and whatnot. I figured if anyone else can get some use out of them I may as well share. Two Foods - Compare the nutritional value of two foods. Useful for finding healthier brands or comparing white to wheat to gluten free…things like that. Food52 Hotline - Ask for cooking help and advice from other people even while in the middle of cooking. Also has a stash of recipes. Seasonal Food Guide - What produce is in season right now in your state or when a particular produce will be in season…for those who try to eat organic and fresh. Some produce will have recipes pop up next to them. My Fridge Food - REALLY helpful if you are tight on money and-or can’t make a grocery run, just lazy, or trying something new. Check off things you have in your kitchen and this site searches for recipes you can make with what you’ve got (I’ve personally had to use this site so much). 40 meals in 4 hours, 30 Meals in 3 Hours, 20 Meals in 2 Hours or 7 Meals in 1 Hour - For when you don’t have a whole lot of time every single day to plan meals, but can set aside a few hours in one day to prepare and freeze meals that can later just be tossed into a slow cooker (Slow cookers are life savers! There are sooo many easy, toss-it-together recipes for slow cookers). AllRecipes - My personal favorite site for looking up recipes because they make it easy to search by type of dish, type of diet, by how cheap or quick it is to cook. And recipes can be submitted and reviewed by anyone (so you can find 20 different ways to make a single dish). My Grocery Deals, Broke and Healthy Recipes, and Compare Price - I haven’t really used these three a whole lot so I have no real input other than basically they help during those times in life you have to be really frugal. billsimportantposts
