Bless Up, Dude, and Gym: These doggos are true bros until the end of time @DrSmashlove Reddit u/beesbuzzlots Every time I’m at the gym bruv it’s at least one “golf bro” there. U know this dude because he be doing oddly specific asf workouts 🤔. Oddly specific stretches. Arm swings that vaguely resemble a golf swing. But the key giveaway that Chadwick is a certified golf bro is he rocking that Titleist brand cap. U feel me? Like that’s him saying: “u peasants are here to look big in a t-shirt. I lift so I can add 10 yards to my drive ☺️.” (Side note I’ve been golfing for two years now bc I have to (for work) and the reason I do it rarely is bc u have to put in hours every wknd to yield modest improvements in ya game and I got better things to do on wknds like look at memes and take depression naps 🤗😂). Now then. Seeing all these Titleist caps got me thinking: Why isn’t this a word? Like this should be a thing. “Susan if I do say so myself you are looking delightfully Titlè today. Oh of course! No I mean it! Just fulsome and perky. Are you on your red river by chance(?) Yes? How did I guess? LOL you’re silly Susan. Just a wild premonition ☺️. Have an awesome day ❤️.” U feel me? “Erica! My goodness! U are looking Titlèier than I’ve ever seen before. That bathing suit can barely hold you lol! No, thank YOU! Your Titlèiness has made this trip to the pool absolutely worth my while!” U feel me? Like how could someone feel offended by being called Titlè? It’s such a delicate, gracious word! “Samantha I’m gonna be frank. You know I have zero filter LOL so here goes - bombs away ☺️. I’ve dated some wonderfully Titlè women before. Really. Just shapely and awesome. But you’re the Titlèist. Yes. YES. Don’t debate me on this SAMANTHA 😂. No YOU stop! Oh now you’re blushing ... LIKE NOBODY’S EVER CALLED YOU TITLÈ BEFORE I MEAN YOU’RE WEARING A SHEER TOP IT’S NOT LIKE YOU’RE TRYING TO HIDE YOUR TITLÈIOSITY 😂.” Titlèism = the study of mammaries. Titlèness = an abundance of mammarical wondrousness. U feel me? It’s 2018. Let’s make this a word. BLESS UP 😍😂😂😂 (pic: @gamzeilefelix)

Easter, Feeling Myself, and Friends: Ive been overweight for almost my whole adult life. Between toxic relationships & terrible life situations. I feel like I fell off my own radar, I no longer mattered like I should have. Until one day at a BBQ with friends I thought I looked good until I got home and saw all of the photos I was tagged in and just began to cry all night. But I decided the next day that I was going to get my life together! So I did. I started upping my water intake and really starting to watch what I was eating.I started to count my calories using the my fitness pal. And every few weeks would lower my limit. I went from 2000 to 1400 back to 1500. I also began doing 21 day fix at home workouts, until I found out about my Trainer. I went with a friend at the time and it was tough as hell, but I loved it. I wanted to do it. So I made no excuses.I started going 3 days a week, and every time I was there I could feel myself get stronger! It's been the best decision of my life joining up with him & getting my diet in check. I'm finally learning who I am & becoming the person I want to be. I still have weight to lose and will continue on the path I'm on because this is my life now, and I wouldn't trade it for anything!!So I'm down 145 pounds since Easter 2016. And 105 of that is from August 1st 2016 to August 1 2017. And I'm down over 80+ inches on my whole body @im_fixing_me . . Founder 👉: @king_khieu. Before we can choose which exercises to implement in our shoulder workouts, it is crucial we understand the anatomy so that you can hit them at every angle, giving that full boulder-like shoulder. Here are the different parts. Let's take a look. Let's start with the deltoids. DELTOIDS: separated in three parts; anterior head, middle head and posterior head. ANTERIOR HEAD: Located at the front of your shoulders. The strongest of the three heads. Giving the shoulders thickness and size when viewed from the side. Front raises and shoulder press work well to target this area. MIDDLE HEAD: Located at a more central or middle part of the shoulders. Giving the shoulders size and width when viewed from the front. Lateral raises and upright rows work well to target this area. POSTERIOR HEAD: Located at the back of the shoulders. Probably the most neglected part of the deltoids for most people. Reverse lateral raises and face pulls target this area well. ROTATOR CUFFS: Deep muscles used for stability and support. Injuries in this area are common which is why it is important to warm them up and and practice proper form. Thoughts? 🤔 What do you guys think? COMMENT BELOW! Artwork: @factsoftraining. Fast Food, Food, and Life: @ANNETHENURSE It all started quite simple. Back in 2013- I quit fast food & soda. I started losing weight but my diet still wasn't good. In April 2014 I committed to working out just 25 minutes a day. I got one of those fit watches and realized my intense workouts only burned maybe 300 calories. I started looking more closely at my food intake. I cut out more and more processed foods, especially SUGAR. I increased my PROTEIN intake and consumed more produce. Then I slowly increased my physical activity, adding on hiking and mountain biking regularly. I lost 90+ lbs in a year and then I started weight lifting to shape my body. I continue to fine tune my diet and workouts. Being open to learning more and constantly improving.and learnt all about my addiction to food. This helped me turn my life around, deal with stress in different ways and persuaded me to learn more about nutrition and health. I have lost 7st 9lbs in 18 months. I have improved my health, my happiness and all aspects of my life. It IS possible.Never counted calories or macros but instead focused on micronutrients and satiation. I say I follow a more PALEO- inspired diet, intuitive eating, paired with intermittent fasting. I enjoy one cheat meal per week.I lift weights. Free weights, as heavy as I can with proper form. Also try to enjoy outdoor activities. Drink tons or water & try to improve sleep hygiene. Most importantly I try to stay committed to a healthy LIFESTYLE and positive MINDSET. If I can do it- anyone can! ❤️❤️❤️ @annethenurse . . Follow @great_weightloss_inspirations for inspiring stories, tips, humor and a possible feature💞 . . Tag someone, share and motivate!
